Effective August 1, 2016, we will no longer schedule appointments for blood draws only. We will continue to schedule visits for injections and immunizations. We will also draw blood as necessary if patients are in the office for a visit; we just can't do it separately.
Patients requiring lab work only will be sent a prescription and instructed to visit a lab patient service center covered under their insurance.
Requests for lab slips must be submitted through your patient portal account, or emailed to email@example.com with the subject line "Lab Script". Please allow 3 days to receive your lab prescription.
