About Clare

Clare Nanacasse serves as CMMD's Director of Operations, overseeing the people, systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations that keep a complex and growing practice moving forward. She also serves as Director of Facilities, helping shape the physical spaces and environments that support both patients and employees.

Clare began her career at CMMD as a Medical Assistant and later became a Patient Care Coordinator before moving into operational leadership. Having grown with the practice through each of these roles, she brings a unique understanding of CMMD from the clinical floor to the patient experience to the operations that bring it all together.

While her responsibilities have evolved significantly, Clare's connection to CMMD's patient community remains at the center of her work. Her focus is helping the practice grow and improve while preserving the personal connection and sense of community that have always defined it.

As Director of Facilities, Clare has taken a hands-on role in creating spaces that feel distinctly CMMD. Most recently, she led the development of CMMD's newest building, 680, helping shape everything from its functionality and flow to its design and overall atmosphere.

Whether improving a process, supporting a team, or shaping a new space, Clare believes the details matter—and that every decision should ultimately make CMMD a better place for the patients and families who trust us with their care.
