How do I use a Care Team?

Get to know your care team! You may receive calls from a provider on your care team with results or follow-ups if the primary provider you see is away.

You can schedule a visit with any available provider. Our schedulers will work to schedule your appointment with your primary provider, or a provider on the same care team, but you can also see any provider that is available.

Schedule a visit with the physician on your care team once per year. We emphasize that all patients should have an annual well visit with a physician. Note that any sick and well visits can be conducted with our outstanding PA-Cs and CRNPs.
