How do I use a Care Team?

Get to know your care team! You may receive calls from a clinician on your care team with results or follow-ups if the primary clinician you see is away.

You can schedule a visit with any available clinician. Our schedulers will work to schedule your appointment with your primary clinician, or a clinician on the same care team, but you can also see any clinician that is available.

Schedule a visit with the physician on your care team once per year. We emphasize that all patients should have an annual well visit with a physician. Note that any sick and well visits can be conducted with our outstanding PA-Cs and CRNPs.

If your regular clinician is out of the office, you may receive a call from a Care Team member with your test results or follow-up instructions.
