About Pam

Pamela E. Conner, MSN, CRNP, FNP-BC, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was educated at West Chester University, receiving her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, and she received her Master's of Science in Nursing from Villanova University.

 

Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Pam worked as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse at Penn Medicine – Chester County Hospital for almost ten years. She has been working in primary care as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016.  

Pam is affiliated with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners. She resides in Downingtown with her husband, Jeff, and their two children, Caroline and Samuel. In her free time, Pam can be found with her family and friends. She enjoys reading, snowmobiling, baking sourdough, gardening, and traveling to new places.

We strongly encourage all eligible patients to receive the COVID-19 vaccination as well as a flu shot (annually), HPV vaccine, Shingles vaccine, and other preventative immunizations. If you have questions or concerns about the science behind immunizations or the shots you need and when, your provider is eager to help.
