About Gina

Gina Tobin is excited to join the CMMD family and contribute to helping others in this new setting. Gina holds a master's degree from Widener University in Human Resource Management. She has worked in the field of HR for over 30 years and is a true Generalist, with experience in EE Relations, benefits, recruiting, and retirement.

Gina is passionate about helping others, and has always felt the most fulfilled when she is helping someone through a difficult situation — either professionally, or personally.

Gina grew up in Northeast Philadelphia, but has lived in Chester County for over 25 years. Her daughter attends Penn State, so she is officially part of the Nittany Lion family! She has three bonus children and six grandchildren.
