About Shannon

Shannon Newton, PA-C is excited to join CMMD and Associates as a Physician Assistant in primary care. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University. She previously practiced hospital internal medicine and in occupational health, where she cared for patients with a wide range of medical needs. These experiences helped shape her strong clinical foundation and commitment to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She especially loves summers at the Jersey Shore, traveling, concerts, trying new restaurants, and diving into a great psychological thriller.

Shannon looks forward to caring for patients and serving the Chester County community.

We strongly encourage all eligible patients to receive a flu shot (annually), HPV vaccine, Shingles vaccine, COVID-19 vaccine, and other preventative immunizations. If you have questions or concerns about the science behind immunizations or the shots you need and when, your clinician is eager to help.
