Dr. Meyer nominated as a 2015 Philly Health Hero!

It is our great honor to announce that Dr. Christine Meyer and Team CMMD have been named as a semifinalist in Philadelphia Magazine's Be Well Philly Health Hero Challenge. Over 600 individuals were nominated and Dr. Meyer has made it to the top 16! The winner of this contest will receive a $7500 cash award to their favorite charity.
