Ask Us About the P.R.E.P. Fitness Program

Christine Meyer, MD and Associates is proud to refer patients to an appropriate fitness program when they are seeking a jumpstart to their healthy lifestyle.

Locally, acac's Physician Referred Exercise Program, or p.r.e.p.® program, is a great place to start!

p.r.e.p.® is a guided introduction to exercise, and includes:

  • A 60-day membership for $60

  • 2 training sessions per week in small groups with medical fitness experts

  • Nutrition education

  • Full indoor club access to both acac West Chester and acac Eagleview

  • Unlimited group exercise classes, including water exercise and mind-body classes

  • Use of indoor aquatics center with heated therapy pool, activity pool, whirlpool and lap pool

  • NEW! The acac kids zone is free* when you participate in p.r.e.p.®. Enjoy childcare at acac Fitness & Wellness each day you work out.

Enrolling in p.r.e.p.® is easy!

Bring the p.r.e.p.® referral form here in to our office when you see your primary care provider. We'll review the program with you and provide our signature.

If you any questions, please reach out to Gina Collins at 610-431-7000 at acac West Chester, or Mary Kate Dunn at 610- 425- 3188 at acac Eagleview. You may also email your provider here at CMMD & Associates.

After Hours Care: For emergencies, patients should dial 911. For non-emergency urgent clinical advice, please call the office first. A recording will give you the on-call provider's cell number. You may then feel free to call or text that number directly.
