Summer 2018 Schedules

For Summer 2018, our office will be closed on the following holiday dates:

Independence Day – Wednesday, July 4

Labor Day – Monday, September 3

Our providers' vacation schedules have been posted on our Hours page and on their individual information pages (find your provider in the "Our Team" menu). If you need to see a provider before their vacation, especially for the refill of a controlled substance, please call within plenty of time to schedule an appointment with them. Please also anticipate that another provider may contact you with your test results or follow-ups as needed while your specific provider is on vacation. Thank you!
